About

For the Love of African themed Games

ITTHYNK Gaming was established in 2021 to craft interactive African entertainment.

Most of us have played video games with intriguing story lines, vast settings, engaging gameplay, and realistic graphics that get better with each release. However, how many of those games have an African narrative, with their stories unfolding in Africa and/or their soundtracks featuring local artists? Like in most industries, Africans are underrepresented in video games. Most video games are seldom African themed. The global video game industry could be worth USD $300 billion by 2025 translating to billions of dollars in profit for developers, however, most video game developers are not African, in fact, only about 1% of game developers worldwide are African.

We believe that the lack of African representation in the global video game industry is an opportunity for Africans to get involved in the industry, however, there are many barriers to entry. To break these barriers, ITTHYNK Gaming has partnered with Ludique Works in developing Africa's biggest game development studio and Training academy.
